About Us

Research Process Assistant (RPA) is a collection of services to assist researchers at any level to maximise research efficiency. We provide products and services to automaticise processes to do with research that have to be done but you may not have time to do them (or you find them boring). This includes methods for data collection, data reduction/cleaning, data management, and reference management. We also provide products and services for individuals and research groups to help you develop and maintain your research presence and reputation.

We do not conduct or design your research for you, however we consult with you as to what you have planned for your research to help with the research process. We do not provide a statistics consultant service.

We have a range of products to turn a mundane research process into something more efficient and enjoyable. These include:
  1. Templates for title and abstract screening for literature reviews and systematic reviews. 
  2. Templates for research publications 

Our services


We offer a range of services to assist with any stage of the research process.

  1. Systematic search: for your literature/systematic review. We will consult with you regarding your topic and develop a search strategy for you. We can run the search and provide you with the results of your search. 
  2. Reference management: import references into Endnote and complete your in-text and end-of-text references for your research project and/or manuscript.
  3. Basic editing and formatting: we can read manuscripts for basic editing and format your paper to your target journal. 
  4. Social media and research profile: be engaged with your networks and your audience. We can help you develop your web page, update your research profile using any platform, keep your accounts up to date and assist with producing research news publications (newsletters). 
  5. We are in partnership with local photographers and videographers for your research profile photos and promotion videos.
